once you fill out the consultation form Shelby will reach out to you within 48 hours to set up a consult — remember to bring a link to your Pinterest board, color palette ideas, and inspiration photos if you have them. regardless, we’ll work together to decide what flowers best fit your needs.

proposal & quote.

a personalized proposal (including reference photos and/or vision boards) will usually be sent to you within 48 hours after consultation. please allow up to 7 business days for initial proposal to be sent.

proposals must be accepted within 7 days of receipt to secure your date.

sign the papers.

contract must be signed to secure your date. a 20% deposit is required within 10 days of contract signing to move forward with your wedding / event flowers. please note we cannot hold dates without a signed contract & 20% deposit.

deposit is fully refundable until two weeks prior to your event. after two weeks prior to date, the flowers have already been purchased and a refund cannot be given.

accepted payments: cash, check, and Venmo.

delivery, set up & breakdown.

delivery fees are based on distance from 19150. set up, clean up, and removal fee ~ $50 per hour.
